big chop!!!!!

November 24, 2010 I cut off all of my relaxed ends. After a year and 5 months of transitioning, I finally did it!! And as you can see it was a decent length when it was straight, it was another story in its natural state. I was completely thrown off. I was not prepared how short it would shrink nor did I like it. That was the first time I had short hair. I was happy I didn't have to fight combing through my relaxed ends but I definitely missed the length. When cut my hair I realized I had to come up with a complete new hair regimen and new go-to styles. While I was transitioning, I was the bantu knot queen. After the chop I had to find new ways to achieve the same style. But as time went on I learn to adjust to the changes and I haven't looked back since!!
