So after having my twists in for 3 weeks, I to get the itch. I started to feel like I needed to do something, so I did!!!! Since I had developer left from the last time I dyed my hair, I used that and paired it with two different color dyes. Once again all of the dye products I used were by Clairol Professional Soy4Plex. After watching a video on youtube of how JustKelle101 dyed her hair by mixing two different, I figured I could do the same. The colors I used were Lightest Red Brown(5R/33R) and Dark Instense Red Blonde(6RR/206RR). So every was going fine and dandy, until about 15 minutes of me applying. That's when I noticed that my dye mixture was purple!!!! I mean I love purple, it's my favorite color but that's definitely not what I was going for.lol After that my nerves were shot!!! I was so nervous about how it would turn out. Luckily enough it didn't turn purple.lol Of course the color took mostly in the front. Im really happy with the color. This will probably be the last time I dye my hair using a developer. I really want to try Manic Panic's products next.
