Pole Pressure is opening a new studio in Baltimore, Md. The best part about it is the classes are free the first week. That's right FREE! All classes are being taught by Mica,who shared her hair story with us here on the blog. For those who don't know pole fitness is a total body work out, that targets legs, arms and the core.
