A Few Tips to Stay Fit

Hopefully everyone is still working hard to stick with new years resolution. Here are a few simple ways to get the most out of your workouts:
Drink plenty of water— Before, during and after your workout, just do it!!!
Eat breakfast— This one is especially hard for me, but definitely necessary. Eating within 30 minutes of waking up help gets your metabolism going. 
Food— I  know nobody likes the idea of going on a diet, but it's important for your body have the nutrients it needs especially when you're trying to lose weight. Make small changes to enhance your diet, try adding a fresh fruit to each meal.
Be Consistent— You won't see the results you want if you don't workout on a regular basis and patient it takes time
